The Rope Collection is inspired by the sacred ropes of Japan called Shimenawa, ritual objects of the Shinto religion that are believed to act as a ward against evil spirits. To be worn together as a pair or individually, the Rope rings serve as protective amulets and are also reminder of the importance of unity.
