Collection: Rope

The Rope Collection is inspired by the sacred ropes of Japan called Shimenawa . Shimenawa are ritual objects of the Shinto religion and are believed to act as a ward against evil spirits. Setting a boundary between the profane outside world and sacred space, creating a purified realm for worship and communing with the divine.
