An engraved inscribed reminder of how many days on average we get to spend on this earth. On the in depth questionnaire I send my clients, my most favorite question is “What’s still left to do, see, be in this great life of yours”? Maybe it’s because it’s something I ponder daily due to my own anxious relationship with time but it always leaves me with a sense of hope, joy and enthusiasm when reading their answers which have included such beautiful endeavors as love more, travel the world, write a novel, have a child, start a company, find meaning, immerse myself in beauty, seek out a new creative outlet and quite simply but oh so very grand as DO EVERYTHING. One thing still left for me to do is to write and illustrate a book compiled of the questionnaires, designs and engraved signets from this project of mine. I’ve learned so much from all my clients that entrust me with their unique stories, it’s an insightful and enlightening look at the human mind & spirit. Collecting other people’s stories has been truly a gift and someday, if time allows I’d love to share.
